and Support Objectives
Our aim is to provide our customers with an 8 working hour response
time from the time a service call is placed. This minimizes any
disruption to your printing and copier facilities.
Fully
Trained, Friendly Staff
All our engineers are locally based and are Konica Minolta trained.
They are polite, customer friendly and thorough and will troubleshoot
not only onsite but also, should you request it, provide you telephone
support to assist you as quickly as possible.
IT
Assistance
As modern laser / color copiers do far more than just copy (they
can work as network laser / color printers, scanners and fax),
our engineers all have an excellent knowledge of IT to help resolve
any related issues, should they arise.
